A Flow-Through immunoassay for the detection of zearalenone in cereals.

The zearalenone (ZEA) flow-through assay is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for the screening of cereals for the presence of the Fusarium mycotoxin zearalenone.

The test is based on antibodies directed against protein conjugated zearalenone. The kit contains all the reagents required to perform the tests.
