The deoxynivalenol (DON) flow-through assay is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for the screening of cereals for the presence of the Fusarium mycotoxin deoxynivalenol.

The test is based on antibodies directed against protein conjugated deoxynivalenol. The kit contains all the reagents required to perform the test.
