Sulfadiazine ELISA
Cat. No.: 5101SUDA
The sulfadiazine ELISA is used for the quantitative analysis of sulfadiazine residues in tissue (muscle, liver, kidney), milk, honey, feed, plasma, and urine samples.
The kit uses a polyclonal rabbit antibody which shows the following cross-reactivities: sulfadiazine (100%), N4-acetyl sulfadiazine (50%), sulfamerazine (75%), and sulfathiazole (3%). The cross-reactivity of each of nine other sulfonamides, i.e. sulfadimidine, sulfadimethoxine, sulfadoxine, sulfaguanidine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfamethoxydiazine, sulfapyridine, sulfaquinoxaline, and sulfatroxazole is <0.5%.
The limit of detection (LOD) is 7 ng/g for tissue (extraction), 9 ng/g for milk (dilution), 5 ng/g for honey (extraction), 4 ng/g for feed (extraction), 2 ng/g for plasma (dilution), and 3 ng/g for urine samples (dilution).
Detailed information of this ELISA is given in the Product Information Sheet.
