The multi-screening sulfonamides ELISA is a competitive immunoassay for tissue, milk, honey, eggs and urine. The antiserum in this kit has cross-reactivities with sulfamethazine, sulfadiazine, sulfamerazine, sulfisoxasole, sulfachloropyridazine, and sulfachloropyrazine. The dose-response curve has a measuring range of 0.125 to 5.0 ng/ml and the detection limit for the above mentioned matrices is <10 ng/ml.
