The SEM ELISA is used for the quantitative analysis of SEM residues in tissue (muscle, liver), shrimps, egg (powder), milk, and urine.
The kit uses a monoclonal mouse antibody which shows the following cross-reactivities: SEM (100%), AMOZ (<0.01%), AOZ (<0.01%), and AHD (<0.01%).
The limit of detection (LOD) is <0.3 ng/g for the above mentioned matrices.
