Chloramphenicol ELISA
Cat. no.: 5091CAP
The chloramphenicol ELISA is used for the quantitative analysis of chloramphenicol residues in tissue (muscle, liver, shrimp, crab, fish), milk, egg, honey, feed, serum, plasma, and urine samples. The total incubation time of the test is 90 (60 + 30) minutes.
The kit uses a polyclonal rabbit antibody which shows the following cross-reactivities: chloramphenicol (100%), chloramphenicol-glucuronide (65%), chloramphenicol-base (<1%), thiamphenicol (<1%), and florphenicol (<1%).
The limit of detection (LOD) is 0.1 ng/g for milk (direct), 0.01 ng/g for milk (extraction), 0.1 ng/g for feed (extraction), 0.1 ng/g for urine (dilution), 0.01 ng/g for urine (extraction), 0.01 ng/g for liver (extraction), 0.02 ng/g for other tissue (extraction), 0.02 ng/g for egg (extraction), and 0.02 ng/g for honey (extraction).
Detailed information of this ELISA is given in the Product Information Sheet.
